This blog is for anyone who is intrested in agile/Scrum/Lean methodologies and framework. It is also appropriate for anyone with prior agile experience who is looking for answers to the hundreds of questions that arise during any agile adoption.
Working in high tech since 2000, first as a user experience designer and finally as a agile consultant in at various levels at a number of different software companies.
I was lucky enough to be at a company, ThoughtWorks, that in a certain way, without doing it on purpose, really embraced a lot of agile concepts. As a Consultant at ThoughtWorks India, I was responsible for user experience execution in agile environment.
This become a career-changing experience for me, followed agile XP and Scrum in almost all the projects and gained practical knowledge of agile.
So I did that for a couple of years. But there were some limitations and that made me want to move out of ThoughtWorks into the wilder and wider world of Scrum/agile and User Experience consulting. So that’s what got me here.
